Assalam o Alaikum Wa Rahematullah Wa Barkatuhu Hazrat agar shohar behtar kamayi karta ho to aur biwi bhi naukari krti ho to shariatan kya hukm ke woh bhi naukari kar sakti hai? Barae karam Rehnumai Farmaye
Iska Hawala bhi ho to Barae karam Rehnumai Farmaye


JAWAAB:
الجواب بعون الملك الوهاب

Islaam Awrato'n ko Bina Kisi Uzre Shar'ee k bahar Nawkri ya kaam ki hargiz ejazat nhi deta is liye k inki takhleeq umoore khaana daari ko sambhalne or bachcho'n ki parwarish w pardaah k liye huee
Or aaisi soorat me k shauhar behtar kamaaee karta ho badarje awla ejaazat nhi...

Aesi awrat gunah gaar sakht gunahgaar hai

ALLAH ta'ala Qur'aane muqaddas me irshaad farmata hai jis ka tar jama ye hai k;

"Or apne gharo'n me thahri raho or be parda na raho jaise agli jahiliyat ki be pardagee.."
(tarjama kanzul imaan, para:22, surae ahzaab aayat:33)

Mufassireen is aayat k tehat farmate hai'n k;
"Agli jahiliyyat se muraad qable islaam ka zamana hai us zamaane me awrate'n itraati nikalti thi'n apni zeenat w mahaasin ka izhaar karti thi'n lebaas jis se jism k a'za achhchhi tarah na dhake'n..."

Dusri jagah ALLAH irshaad farmata hai k;

"Ay Nabi apni bibiyo'n or sahab zadiyo'n or musalmano'n ki awraton se farmaado k apni chaadro'n ka ek hissa apne munh par daale rahe'n.."
(kanzul iman,para 22 surae ahzaab aayat 59)

Yani sar or munh ko chhupaye rakhkhe'n or ghair mahram k saamne na aaye'n..

Ek jagah or Allaah ka Muqaddas Irshaad Hy;

"Or musalmaan awrato'n ko hukm do k apni nigaahe'n kuchh nichi rakhkhe'n or apni sharam gaahon ki hifazat karen or apna banao na dikhaaye'n magar jitna khud hi zaahir hai or dopatte apni girebaano'n par daale rahe'n or apna singaar zaahir na kare'n magar apne shauharo'n par ya apne baap par.."
(para 18 sura noor aayat 30)

Mofassireen in aayaton ki tafseer karte hue farmate hain k awrate'n ghair mardo'n ko na dekhe'n un se parda ekhteyaar kare'n
Agar haajate sharaeya ki bunyaad par bahar jaana bhi hoto sar or chehre ko chhupaye'n..

Hadees sharaef me hai k AZWAAJE MUTAHHARAAT me se baa'z UMMAHATUL MUMINEEN
NABI E AKRAM SAYYADE AALAM alaihuissalaam ki khidmat me thi'n usi waqt Sahabi e Rasool IBNE UMME MAKTOOM aaye Huzoor ne AZWAAJ ko PARDE ka HUKM farmaya..

unho'n ne arz kiya wo to
NAA BEENA hai'n..
farmaya k tum to
NAA BEENA NAHI ho"

Mazkoora Hadees se ye bhi maloom hua k awrato'n ka bhi na mahram ko dekhna or us k saamne hona jaaez nahi...

Is k alawa bahut saari ahaadees hai'n jin me pardo'n k ahkaam hai'n or awrato'n ko ghair mahram ki saamne aane ki mumani'at hai..

Or ye bhi hai k awrat ka tamam badan awrat hai
Awrat ka shauhar or mahram k siwa or kisi k liye us k kisi hisse ka dekhna bhi jaaez nahi...
Aaurat apne ghulaam se bhi misle ajnabi parda kare..

Or rahi baat awrat k liye kaam par jaane ki to
Islaam is baat ki Hargiz ejazat nahi deta k wo bahar nikle..

Or aaisi surat me k us ka shauhar Bar Sare rozgaar hai or akhrajaat puri karne ki salahiyat rakhta hai to aisi soorat me to badarje aaula ejazat nahi....
